The Sales Strategy Operations team at Coupang Ads is responsible for developing and executing sales strategies for the advertising organization, leading the discovery of data-driven insights. This role specializes in launching our ad sales team in Taiwan and requires a deep understanding and insights into both domestic and global large advertisers and brand marketing markets. What You Will Do Plan and execute sales programs to achieve targets, and analyze weekly/monthly/quarterly performance for optimization Manage and analyze sales pipelines to identify opportunities and gain customer and market insights through analyzing sales inputs/outputs and vendor trends and performance Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Analytics teams to develop solutions for sales process optimization and enhance sales productivity Lead cross-functional collaboration through clear communication with various stakeholders across Coupang, including Retail and Marketplace teams Basic Qualifications Minimum experience/qualifications:8+ years of experience in e-commerce, advertising or related industry Experience in business operations and strategy execution through strategic thinking Strong ability to make and implement data-driven decisions through analysis Experience in working cross-functionally to lead projects from creating sales strategy to delivering results Deep Excel expertise Mandarin and English language proficiency Preferred Qualifications Experience with Salesforce Experience with SQL or data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) Recruitment Process Application Review - Phone Interview - Onsite (or Virtual Onsite) Interview – Offer The exact nature of the recruitment process may vary according to the specific job and may be changed due to scheduling or other circumstances.
