In this role, you will be working closely with business managers, marketing team, and finance to cross functional programs targeted at driving growth and profitability. A successful candidate will come up with ways to scale existing programs and also create roadmap for new initiatives to help attract new customers and drive engagement with our existing customers. We're seeking someone hands-on with a structured mindset, solid analytical skills, effective written and verbal communication, and strong project management abilities. What You Will Do Analyze category and brand inputs to support selection and growth strategy Build program charters, roadmaps, and phased goals for category expansion Partner with Brand Managers, Marketing, and FPA on forecasts and execution Create category scorecards, GMV forecasts, and performance reports Present insights and recommendations to leadershipMonitor progress, manage risks, and align stakeholders Basic Qualifications 8+ years of E‑commerce experience in program management, category management, or business management roles Strong Excel and analytical skills Data‑driven mindset with solid business logic Fluent in English and Mandarin Strong cross‑functional communication skills Experience influencing stakeholders without direct authority Recruitment Process Application Review - Phone Interview - Onsite (or Virtual Onsite) Interview – Offer The exact nature of the recruitment process may vary according to the specific job and may be changed due to scheduling or other circumstances.
