We own financial results by working with stakeholders to define track business input/output metrics and improve them by performing root-cause analysis. We are hiring a Senior Business Analyst Specialist as the company’s business grows exponentially. Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to join Taiwan Financial Planning and Analysis team. You will be required to develop the financial plan and visibility needed to achieve strategic plans and goals, drive decisions and track performance on growth, margins, expenses and strategic initiatives. Business Analyst will be responsible for monitoring and reporting on financial performance, creating essential financial reports and dashboards. What you will do Design, develop and improve automated reports and dashboards to measure performance and support business needs Pull and leverage data to provide proactive, actionable insights that can identify growth opportunities, increase efficiency, and/or deepen understanding of business Set strategic and measurable goals, define new metrics and collaborate with other teams to achieve success on cross-team projects Has the potential to become a subject matter expert in areas concerning FPA Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field 5-7 years of experience in business analysis in a fast-paced technology-oriented organization (eCommerce preferred) Proven experience in product analysis, data reporting, or a similar role Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present complex data effectively Proficiency in querying databases (e.g., SQL) and data visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI) Recruitment Process and Others Recruitment Process Application Review - Phone Interview - Onsite (or Virtual Onsite) Interview – Offer The exact nature of the recruitment process may vary according to the specific job and may be changed due to scheduling or other circumstances.
