You will be required to develop the financial plan and visibility needed to achieve strategic plans and goals, drive decisions and track performance on growth, margins, expenses and strategic initiatives. Business Analyst will be responsible for monitoring and reporting on financial performance, creating essential financial reports and dashboards, and performing in depth analysis on financial risks and opportunities. What You Will Do Design, develop and improve automated reports and dashboards to measure performance and support business needs Pull and leverage data to provide proactive, actionable insights that can identify growth opportunities, increase efficiency, and/or deepen understanding of business Set strategic and measurable goals, define new metrics and collaborate with other teams to achieve success on cross-team projects Has the potential to become a subject matter expert in Retail categories and Pricing Basic Qualifications Experience: 5+ years of experience in business analysis in a fast-paced technology-oriented organization (eCommerce preferred). Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field. Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (Tableau or Power BI required). Proven experience in product analysis, data reporting, or a similar role Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present complex data effectively Preferred Qualifications Language: Strong English proficiency (verbal and written). Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Statistics, Industrial Engineering, or related field (or equivalent professional experience). Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Python, R, SAS, or other statistical tools. Collaboration: Ability to work effectively across teams and communicate insights that influence strategic decisions.
