Team Role Overview As our Staff Data Analyst for the Fraud Risk team, you will be responsible for delivering strategic insights for a VP-level audience and ensuring the quality of regular reports and metrics. Coupang embraces a data-driven culture enabled by high-velocity test and learns across all customer-facing domains. You will have opportunities to work closely with many different areas including, Fraud, Risk, Operations, Product Management, and Software Engineering.You will join a team of data scientists and analysts dedicated to building datasets and reports, serving all of these areas and the associated users including product owners, engineers, and business analysts. You will have a chance to own, lead, track, and deliver features or projects from start to finish and will experience working with stakeholders and developers to have the projects delivered on time with the highest quality. What you will do: Develop business operations-related decision-making systems to reduce the fraud rate Analyze domain data to provide insights and help develop key metrics Explain reports, algorithm details, and results to both technical and non-technical stakeholders Prioritize the metric development requests and lead the junior BAs to support key business initiatives in the company Keep the developed reports and systems up-to-date, including learning and deploying new technologies, both in methodology and in technical / software Document project deliverables and decisions made as well as final results Work with stakeholders to identify project requirements, translate them into tasks, and lead teams to have tasks completed on time with high-quality Requirements: Master Degree in math, statistics, other technical or business fields 7+ Job years experience in data science, business analytics and other quantitative fields Excellent skills in SQL Strong presentation and communication skills Good understanding of statistical analysis and algorithm design Experience to initiate and drive analytics projects to deliver actionable insights and recommendations to the business Experience working with stakeholders in requirement identification and final delivery for features and analytical projects Preferred Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in management consulting or strategy development Experience with creating Tableau (main tool for visualization), Grafana, or similar GUI based reports Relevant working experience in retail/e-commerce businesses Experience with data analytics tools such as relevant Python libraries, Spark, R and engineering tools such as GitHub and Airflow Experience with documentation and project management tools (Wiki, Jira, Gantt charts, and similar) and PowerPoint Proficient in both Korean and English 전형 절차 및 안내 사항 전형 절차 서류전형 - 1차 SQL면접(Live coding test) - 심층(화상)면접 – 최종 합격 전형절차는 직무별로 다르게 운영될 수 있으며, 일정 및 상황에 따라 변동될 수 있습니다. 전형 일정 및 결과 ...
