Our innovative approach places equal emphasis on prevention and treatment, making healthcare more accessible and holistic. 🇧🇪 OUR SERVICES IN BELGIUM Today we offer two services in Belgium for which we are looking for motivated family physicians: - Teleconsultations: Connect with our members via video call and offer medical advice from the comfort of your own home or practice. - Medical Chat: Engage with our members via our medical chat service, available 7 days a week, from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. You will provide fast, accurate and personalized medical advice within a 4-hour response time. So our members get the advice, when and where they need it. GPs can apply for either service. A perfect complement to your existing practice! - Competitive Compensation: We offer competitive and market based compensation. - Team of healthcare professionals: Join our dedicated team of healthcare professionals.. 🤩 REQUIREMENTS - Certified General Practitioner: with a 003 or 004 RIZIV/INAMI number and experience in patient care. - Language Skills: Proficiency in Dutch required + either English or French - Digital Skills: Familiar with the use of digital tools. - Empathy & Communication: Excellent communication skills and strong empathetic approach to patient care. - Licensed Software: Must possess licensed prescription and attestation software. OUR RECRUITMENT PROCESS The recruitment process consists of two stages. Each stage will provide an opportunity for you to ask questions as we want to ensure the best fit for both you and Alan. The first interview will be with the Health Professional team coordinator at Alan, and will last approximately 30 minutes. The purpose is to get to know each other, clarify the project, and determine if your profile aligns with our needs. The second interview (~45 minutes) will be with our Medical Lead (General Practitioner). The goal is to discuss a clinical case, and your clinical experiences and knowledge.
