A major strategic lever right now is internalizing Prévoyance risk — expected to improve margin and ease market penetration. 🚀 WHAT YOU'LL BUILD AND WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH - Contract & Service Stack (multi‑country, multi‑product): one system powering coverage + contracts across 4 countries (and growing) and across Insurance + adjacent healthcare products. - AI‑assisted Acquisition Engine: tools that let Sales teams customize coverage, compute pricing, and produce contracts in real time — faster quotes, fewer handoffs, better conversion. - Automated Renewal & Portfolio Control: systems that review and adjust coverage annually across the portfolio, incorporating legal changes, consumption trends, and macroeconomic shifts. - Internalized Prévoyance platform: the backbone to price, underwrite, and scale internalized Life & Disability products. You'll work closely with insurance experts, business specialist, sales teams, and collaborate with other eng teams across Alan.
