We are seeking a Head of Medical Affairs & Regulatory to lead the integrated medical and regulatory strategy for our AI-powered healthcare platform. This executive will define how Hippocratic AI operates credibly and compliantly across pharma, medtech, diagnostics, provider systems, and global regulatory environments. You will serve as the senior authority on medical governance, MLR frameworks, regulatory positioning, and compliant AI deployment. This role sits at the intersection of innovation and oversight — ensuring we move quickly while maintaining the highest standards of scientific integrity, regulatory compliance, and patient safety. The ideal candidate understands pharma operations end-to-end and can create clarity and structure in highly dynamic, ambiguous environments. ROLE SUMMARY The Head of Medical Affairs and Regulatory is responsible for ensuring Hippocratic AI's life sciences platform meets the scientific, medical, and regulatory standards required to operate within life science environments. You will serve as the company's authoritative voice on medical accuracy, regulatory compliance, adverse event handling, and non-promotional engagement standards — working at the intersection of product, customer deployments, and external stakeholders. You will guide how the platform handles medical information, safety signals, MLR review processes, and regulatory requirements across therapeutic areas and geographies. You will also support enterprise sales and deployment conversations where medical credibility and regulatory confidence are critical to closing and scaling accounts. You will report to the President of Life Sciences, and work closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering leadership.
