Sr. Product Designer II - Workflow Platform

The Role We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer II to join our Workflow Orchestration initiative. Your mission is to help evolve Addepar from a set of bespoke solutions into the operating system for modern wealth management. You will design the central hub where work gets done. This framework isn't just for our internal teams; it is the foundation that allows our clients, developers, and partners to build and orchestrate their own unique ways of working. You will be at the forefront of defining how human experts and AI agents collaborate to solve complex problems. You’ll report to the Head of UX, Platform Capabilities and Systems. Addepar takes a market-based approach to pay. A successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on the role, job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target base salary for roles in Canada. The current range for this role is $152,00 - $228,000 (base salary) + bonus + equity + benefits. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process. What You’ll Do Architect the orchestration for human-agent collaboration. You will enable both agentic and non-agentic processes by designing the interfaces that allow humans and AI to co-work, ensuring transparency and trust in every automated decision. Empower others to build on our foundation. You will create platform-first experiences and developer-centric patterns that allow clients and partners to seamlessly integrate their own logic, tools, and custom workflows. Lead all design aspects of a project from start to finish, collaborating within cross-functional agile teams to deliver an elegant, delightful, and cohesive product experience for our users Elevate Addepar’s product experience through outstanding displays of interaction design and data visualization Lead through ambiguity and 0-1 thinking, charting a clear course to take new, complex ideas from initial concept to successful execution Leverage user research and data to inform design concepts and influence product prioritization, strategies, and roadmaps Contribute to the evolution of the Addepar Product Language (APL). You will ensure our design system supports modularity, allowing components to be reused as building blocks across diverse platform solutions. Seek out and embrace feedback from your peers and collaborators. Provide thoughtful feedback, empower, and mentor other designers on the team to do their best work Who You Are You bring at least 7 years of experience in the field of Product Design, Interaction Design, or UX Design, preferably in a senior or lead capacity Platform-first expertise, translating customer solutions into abstract, modular implementations that can be leveraged across the organization.
