As a member of our product design team, you'll take ownership of a Secureframe product area. You'll be involved in the entire product development process  – from early research and visioning to adjusting pixels to launching. You'll define and refine our design system, as well as influence team culture and how we work cross-functionally together. Help iterate on our design processes, from design critiques to product workshops. We're a distributed, remote-first company (and have company off-sites when possible) that cares about collaboration, ownership, and growth. Remote candidates are still encouraged to apply Benefits Medical, dental, and vision benefits for you and your dependent(s) Flexible PTO 401(k) Paid family leave Ground floor opportunity as an early member of the team What you'll do Designing end-to-end workflows across Secureframe’s core product areas, including audits, compliance readiness, frameworks, controls,  and federal compliance experiences  Owning design from early problem framing and UX exploration through high-fidelity UI and engineering handoff Partnering closely with Product Managers to clarify requirements, scope solutions, and make thoughtful UX tradeoffs in complex, regulated problem spaces Collaborate with Engineering to ensure designs are feasible, scalable, and implemented with high quality Contributing to and evolving Secureframe’s design system (Castle) to improve consistency and speed across teams Reviewing designs and providing feedback to raise the overall design bar across the product Participating in user research, usability testing, and customer feedback reviews to inform design decisions Iterating quickly based on stakeholder feedback, technical constraints, and real customer usage What we're looking for Strong end-to-end product design experience, from discovery and UX exploration through high-fidelity UI and engineering handoff Proven ability to design complex B2B SaaS workflows, especially in regulated, enterprise, or technical domains Excellent systems thinking and attention to detail, with the ability to design scalable, consistent experiences across large product surfaces Strong collaboration skills with Product Managers and Engineers, including comfort navigating ambiguity and tradeoffs Ability to clearly articulate design decisions and rationale to both technical and non-technical stakeholders Fluency in modern design tools (Figma) and experience working within and contributing to a design system Experience thoughtfully u ...
