About the Role Loop is building an AI ops team that will own key automation and intelligence systems as Loop builds and scales them across its customer base. We are disrupting traditional operations with AI powered workflows that create 100X leverage for users, turning operators into analysts. Responsibilities include close partnership with engineering and product teams, internal roll-out of new systems and products, and driving adoption across Loop’s user base. This role requires a deep understanding of our systems and their users (internal and external), the ability to translate complex technical work to everyday users, and ruthless problem solving. Key Responsibilities Accelerate Loop’s ability to deliver net new product surface for global brands by deeply understanding and learning how we drive customer outcomes Embed with customer, product, and operations teams at some of the largest companies in the world to deliver increased customer value Partner with AI engineers to deploy systems and products that automate workflows, reduce manual work, and delight customers and users Demonstrate a deeply substantive execution skill set, knowledge of Loop’s product offering, and how it solves our customers pain points Build and maintain relationships with internal customer-facing stakeholders, ensuring that Loop is focused on delivering value for them.
