The Role: Growth Account Executive
As a Growth AE, you'll drive our continued growth by owning the full sales cycle for mid-market accounts. You'll work with high-profile clients to deliver impactful solutions while contributing to the growth of our business in a meaningful way.
What Success Looks Like:
Ramp on our product, value proposition, and target market
Learn and apply our sales methodology and internal processes
Partner with the team to understand the full sales cycle
Build and manage a strong, qualified pipeline
Begin running full sales cycles with increasing independence
Close your first deals and contribute to team revenue goals
Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets
Confidently manage opportunities from discovery through close
Develop strong relationships with prospects and customers
What You'll Do:
Drive Revenue Growth: Own the full sales cycle for mid-market accounts, sourced mostly by Eve Legal, while consistently exceeding monthly revenue targets
Become a Trusted Advisor: Develop a deep understanding of our customer's challenges and desired outcomes to effectively illustrate how Eve can help achieve such outcomes
Lead Strategic Engagement: Navigate complex sales processes that require strategic thinking and tailored approaches to meet the unique needs of our clients
Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with product, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term value delivery
Influence Market Direction: Provide feedback to the product team on market trends and client needs, helping to shape Eve's product roadmap
Who We're Looking For:
Drive Revenue Growth: Own the full sales cycle for mid market accounts, primarily sourced by Eve Legal. Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
Serve as a Trusted Advisor: Build a deep understanding of customer challenges and desired outcomes. Clearly communicate how Eve can help customers achieve their goals.
Manage Strategic Sales Cycles: Navigate complex sales processes with multiple stakeholders. Apply thoughtful, tailored approaches to address each client’s needs.
Collaborate Cross Functionally: Partner with product, marketing, and customer success teams to support a strong customer experience and long term value.
Share Market Insights: Provide feedback to the product team on customer needs, market trends, and opportunities to inform product development and roadmap planning
