ABOUT THE TEAM & HOW WE WORK: Miter is hiring a Manager of Launch to lead our East team! As a Manager of Launch, you will coach and develop a team of 8-10 Launch Managers responsible for onboarding customers onto Miter’s software, while also engaging directly with high-priority customers and driving improvement on key performance metrics. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product & Engineering, and Customer Support teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience that sets customers up for long-term success. Success in this role requires the ability to navigate ambiguity, bring structure to unstructured situations, and scale effectively while holding a team to consistently high standards.
