Come build your future with us.About The Role:We're seeking a Sales Assistant to join our Dallas team at two of our new master-planned communities. This position combines customer-facing responsibilities of staffing our model home and critical sales operations support. You'll be the face of Homebound when our primary sales representative is off-site, while also ensuring seamless administrative operations that keep our sales process running smoothly.What You'll Do:Model Home CoverageStaff the model home during when the primary sales representative is off / unavailable.Greet and engage prospective buyers, providing tours and answering questions about Homebound's homes, floor plans, and personalization optionsCapture visitor information and qualify leads according to Homebound's criteriaMaintain model home presentation standards, ensuring spaces are clean, staged, and showcase-ready at all timesCoordinate with marketing team on model home events and open housesSales Coordination & Administrative SupportFollow up with prospective buyers via phone, email, and text to nurture relationships and move them through the sales funnelMaintain and update Salesforce CRM with accurate lead information, interactions, and pipeline statusProcess and track sales contracts, ensuring all documentation is complete and accurateCoordinate between buyers, sales team, design consultants, and operations on contract timelines and deliverablesPrepare sales reports, track community performance metrics, and support forecasting activitiesSchedule design consultations, site visits, and buyer meetingsManage incoming inquiries via phone, email, and website leadsSupport the sales representative with presentation materials, competitive research, and buyer communicationsWhat You Bring:2+ years of experience in sales support, real estate, hospitality, or customer serviceStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with diverse customersExcellent written and verbal communication abilitiesProficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce experience preferred)High attention to detail and strong organizational skillsAbility to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings as neededValid driver's license and reliable transportationAdded Bonus: Experience in residential real estate or new home salesFamiliarity with the Dallas/Fort Worth real estate marketKnowledge of homebuilding terminology and processesExperience with contract processing and documentationBachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related fieldWhat Makes You Successful:Customer-first mindset: You genuinely enjoy helping people find their dream homeSelf-starter mentality: You can manage your time and priorities independentlyTech-savvy: You're comfortable learning new systems and leverage technology to work efficientlyDetail-oriented: Nothing falls through the cracks on your watchAdaptable: You can seamlessly shift between greeting customers and diving into administrative tasksTeam player: You support the sales team's success and collaborate effectively across departmentsOur Commitment:We are focused on building a diverse and inclusive workforce.
