Our financial infrastructure enables us to issue cards, move money globally, and manage treasury flows for our customers. Stablecoins are emerging as a critical lever to make these flows faster, cheaper, and more accessible.We are looking for a Senior Partnerships Manager to join our Financial Partnerships team with a dedicated focus on stablecoin-based payment and treasury systems. In this role, you will act as both a business owner and multiplier: working on core stablecoin services, ensuring secure and reliable integrations with external partners, and guiding Ramp’s evolution toward next-generation fintech solutions.Our ideal candidate combines deep curiosity about Stablecoins and Web3 with strong financial infrastructure experience, thrives in highly regulated and mission-critical environments, and has a passion for diving into new problem spaces.What You'll DoHelp define the strategy and roadmap for Ramp’s stablecoin-based payment and treasury infrastructureHelp build & scale our stablecoin payment and treasury infrastructure through partnershipsPartner with external providers and internal stakeholders to deliver end-to-end product flowsSolve Ramp’s toughest fintech challenges with new technologiesCollaborate with legal, compliance, product, and engineers across Ramp to integrate stablecoin capabilities into core productsCollaborate with product, finance, sales & marketing teams to define our GTM strategyWhat You NeedMinimum 7+ years of experience in Business Development, Partnerships, Consulting, Investing, Banking or Product ManagementDeep expertise with Stablecoin, Web3, cross-border settlement, and FXBackground in highly regulated fintech environments (e.g., payments, banking)Experience closing and managing product partnerships, ideally related to cross-border money movement, banking and paymentsClear communication, structured thinking, organization, and good product senseDrive to execute with speedExperience defining API-based product experiences in collaboration with product and technical teamsStrong collaborator who can build relationships across the company internally and with partnersStrong negotiation skills, with an emphasis on driving partner valueNice-to-HavesExperience in high-growth startupsExperience within service partner/systems integration go-to-market motionsEx ...
