General Manager, Uber Eats - Greece Department: Operations Team: Operations Location: Athens, Greece Type: Full-Time ## **About the Role** The General Manager (GM), Uber Eats Greece, is the single-threaded leader responsible for the strategy, growth, and P&L of the Uber Eats business across the country. This high-impact role requires an entrepreneurial mindset, exceptional commercial judgment, and robust operational skills to launch and lead one of Uber Eats' most dynamic European markets. You will set the vision, define the local strategy, help build and lead the local team, and act as the primary face of Uber Eats to the media, government, and key partners in Greece. You'll partner closely with the Regional leadership team to advocate for the Greece market and leverage global resources for local success. This role demands a 'Go Get It' mentality, requiring a rare mix of commercial grit and operational discipline.
