Commercial Legal Counsel - Procurement

As a commercial legal counsel at Wix, you’ll take on exciting legal challenges and tackle complex issues while supporting Wix’s success. In your day-to-day, you will:   Draft, review, negotiate, and finalize commercial contracts, including software license agreements, services agreements, lease agreements, and more   Collaborate with various teams like Procurement, Finance, Security, Facilities, HR, and Operations on commercial contracting matters to support business goals   Provide practical, business-oriented legal advice and recommendations to stakeholders on a variety of legal and business issues   Create, maintain, and improve standard templates, business processes, and internal policies   Stay updated on applicable international laws and regulations   Work with external counsel to implement business-enabling solutions   Play a key role in safeguarding Wix’s legal interests and driving its success   **   At Wix, we believe our best work happens together. Flexibility remains a core value at Wix, and special requests are handled thoughtfully at the team level.   5-6+ years of experience as a commercial lawyer in a global high-tech company or top-tier law firm’s high-tech/commercial department   Bachelor’s law degree from a leading academic faculty and qualification to practice law in Israel   Significant experience in drafting, negotiating, and finalizing commercial agreements independently   Mother-tongue level English and excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Hebrew   Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and business-oriented approach   Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with excellent multitasking and project management skills   Experience in contract drafting, negotiations, and commercial transaction law   We are Wix’s Legal team.
