As we continue to grow our marketing efforts, we need a Staff Brand/Graphic Designer to conceptualize and execute marketing campaigns while maintaining a high bar for brand consistency and visual polish. YOU WILL… ⭐️ Contribute to the development of Assured’s brand identity by helping maintain and organize our design system and asset library 🤝 Develop visual concepts and designs that align with a brand’s identity and meet the needs of sales and marketing teams 🔒 Act as a brand guardian and the final seal approval for all customer-facing assets, ensuring that guidelines and quality standards are followed consistently 🛠 Demonstrate the ability to work autonomously while prioritizing and completing tasks with minimal oversight YOU HAVE… 💼 8+ years experience in brand and visual design for cutting-edge technology products, with a varied and polished portfolio to show for it. Please include a link to your portfolio with your application. 🎨 A deep understanding of typography, color theory, grids, and more. 🏠 A strong sense of storytelling across a variety of marketing and sales assets. The ability to create 2D or 3D illustrations and small animations is a plus. ⚙️ Proficiency with design tools such as Figma and the Adobe Creative Cloud 📖 Experience with editorial and print production, such as booklets, brochures, and OOH applications. 🧠 Proficiency with AI tools to expedite the design process and enhance creative output 🗣 Strong cross-functional communication skills, with an ability to quickly translate briefs from non-design stakeholders in sales, finance, and product into compelling mockups and visual concepts, and the ability to justify and explain design choices back to those same stakeholders. 🤔 Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. 😌 A diplomatic and calm approach to giving constructive practical feedback to other designers and stakeholders.
