Position Summary Delinea is seeking a talented Technical Support Engineer to join our outstanding Global Technical Support team, providing world class support to our enterprise customers. Our ideal candidate must be an energetic self-starter with a desire to learn new things. This individual should have a strong technical background in Cybersecurity or comparable field and a minimum of two years’ experience. The position requires the ability to troubleshoot escalated customer issues, perform log analysis and configure feature sets. We are looking for a candidate with strong English communication skills (verbal and written). Please note; You will be required to commute to the office 3 days per week our office is based in Taguig City.
