We are seeking a transformational Director of Quality Assurance to lead a fundamental shift in how quality is delivered across Delinea’s identity security platform. This is not a traditional QA leadership role. We are building toward a future where AI executes the vast majority of quality assurance work from acceptance criteria generation and test case creation to automated execution, root cause analysis, and defect triage, while QA engineers evolve into quality architects who design, orchestrate, and govern AI-driven quality systems. The ideal candidate has deep experience leading QA organizations through significant transformation, understands the current and emerging landscape of AI-powered testing tools, and can navigate the organizational change required to shift an engineering culture from manual testing to AI-native quality practices. You will own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for this transformation while maintaining the rigorous quality standards required for enterprise security software.
