Summary: Delinea is seeking a talented Technical Support Engineer to join our Global Technical Support team, providing world-class support to our customers. Our ideal candidate is a responsible and motivated self-starter with a desire to learn modern technologies and concepts and solve technical questions. This individual should have significant technical knowledge and understanding of IT, networking, and cyber security concepts, combined with the ability to troubleshoot technical customer issues and maintain a clear, professional, and efficient customer interaction. This position reports directly to the Technical Support team manager. Please note; You will be required to commute to the office 3 days per week our office is based in Taguig City.
