Senior Director of Marketing Position Summary Delinea is seeking a Senior Director of Marketing to lead a focused, high-impact marketing team at the intersection of identity security and modern infrastructure access. Operating within a matrixed organization, you will own the go-to-market motion for Delinea’s developer and DevOps-focused segment, operating with a dedicated team of 4–5 marketers and a distinct sales motion that spans net new pipeline and an overlay function supporting Delinea’s broader sales organization. This segment addresses one of the fastest-growing areas in identity security: just-in-time (JIT) runtime authorization for developers, cloud infrastructure, and machine identities. As organizations race to secure cloud environments, CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes clusters, and autonomous AI agents, the need for continuous, just-in-time access enforcement has never been greater.
