As a Marketing Operations Specialist , you will be the backbone of our campaign execution and marketing technology management. This role focuses on the tactical administration of our systems—specifically Marketo, Zuddl, and Reachdesk —and ensuring that our global marketing programs are launched flawlessly and measured accurately. You will work closely with campaign managers and the broader Demand Generation team to turn strategy into reality.
How You Will Make an Impact
Systems Administration: Serve as a primary administrator for Marketo and Zuddl, managing system health, lead flow processes from web to CRM, and platform troubleshooting. Train and enable the team on how to use systems and processes.
Campaign Operations: Execute the technical setup for marketing activities across our marketing technology stack
Data Integrity Compliance: Maintain clean database standards to ensure effective targeting and adherence to global email and web compliance regulations.
Reporting Support: Pull and organize basic performance reports from the CRM, Marketing Automation (MA) platforms, and in Sigma to track campaign engagement and pipeline contribution.
Continuous Improvement : Identify and create new ways to improve processes and workflows to drive efficiencies and outcomes.
Process Documentation: Help maintain and document scalable workflows to ensure team best practices are consistently followed.
The Ideal Candidate Has:
Experience: minimum 3+ years of experience in marketing operations or a related digital marketing role, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with Marketo /Hubspot and Salesforce .
Campaign Execution: Familiarity with setting up multi-channel tactics such as automated email nurtures and webinar platforms.
Detail-Oriented: A passion for quality assurance (QA) to ensure error-free campaign launches.
Analytical Mindset: Basic ability to interpret data and generate standardized reports to communicate results.
Team Player: Strong collaborative skills to partner with Sales, RevOps, and Customer Success.
Bonus Points:
Proficiency in Tableau or Sigma .
Experience with 6sense or similar intent-based tools.
Familiarity with web development basics (HTML/CSS) for email template troubleshooting.
