2026 Account Management Intern, Amsterdam Department: University Team: Business & Sales Location: Madrid, Spain Type: Intern ### **About the Role and Team** The Account Management Intern operates as an Account Coordinator supporting Uber Eats partners across Netherlands. In this role, you will work closely with Account Managers to drive partner growth, retention, and long-term success on the platform. You will contribute to managing a portfolio of partners, supporting initiatives that impact performance, campaign outcomes, and revenue. This role blends operational rigor with commercial awareness and a strong customer success mindset ensuring that strategic initiatives translate into measurable value. You’ll develop a deep understanding of partner goals, track adoption and performance, and help deliver solutions that improve business outcomes. You will also collaborate cross-functionally and contribute to process improvements that enhance efficiency, scalability, and the overall partner experience. This internship offers hands-on exposure to commercial operations, account management, customer success, and cross-functional project management in a fast-paced environment **What You’ll Do** - Support the end-to-end launch and execution of new products, features, and marketing campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and measurable impact - Coordinate project timelines and stakeholder dependencies across Product, Operations, Legal, and Marketing teams - Analyse operational and commercial metrics (e.g., delivery time, prep time, order accuracy, menu quality, adoption rates, campaign performance) to identify risks and opportunities - Monitor and diagnose partner operational health, partnering with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve long-term retention - Drive partner growth and retention through direct outbound engagement, conducting churn-prevention consultations and upselling marketing initiatives to maximise restaurant visibility and performance - Support partner success by identifying adoption gaps, operational pain points, and execution issues impacting satisfaction, reten
