Consistent with this approach, we hire the best qualified candidates for all positions. We are seeking an intern to support AI Enablement and Knowledge Management work for Edelman AI. This role will focus on developing and maintaining internal learning materials and knowledge assets for global AI enablement. The intern will work closely with a team of learning and knowledge professionals to help our colleagues understand how to bring AI into their work and customize this to their role and practice. Key Responsibilities Support the development and maintenance of enablement and knowledge materials Assist with preparing communications and enablement materials for internal teams Help create learning materials on new AI concepts and products for general use globally Research and collate updates in AI tools and concepts for distribution through a variety of internal channels Ideal Candidate Interest in leaning and development, enablement, knowledge management, and internal communications Strong PowerPoint and graphic design skills and attention to detail Ability to organize and simplify complex information Reliable, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks with guidance Relevant coursework or prior internship experience is a plus Additional Information: Interns are paid $22/ hour and are expected to work a full-time schedule (40 hours/ week) The internship is a 10-week program beginning on Monday, June 8, 2026 to Friday, August 14, 2026 In order to be considered, you must have at least completed your junior year of undergraduate study by the summer of 2026 The internship program will be hybrid—3 days/week in office Edelman does not provide any form of housing reimbursement Only students who are authorized to work in the United States will be considered # LI-NM1 An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, any contractual agreements, and business or organizational needs.
