About the Role: Join our dynamic team as a Project Manager, where you'll spearhead the planning, execution, and successful completion of complex manufacturing projects. Your role is pivotal in ensuring projects meet stringent specifications, adhere to safety standards, and exceed customer expectations. You'll act as the central point of communication, fostering collaboration between internal teams and external stakeholders, driving projects to successful outcomes. Your work directly impacts our ability to deliver high-quality electrical equipment, contributing significantly to our company's growth and reputation. (#INDMFG) What You’ll Be Working On: - Electrical distribution equipment and electrical integration manufacturing: Understand and align scope & process with internal and external stakeholders for electrical equipment manufacturing. - Project Planning and Execution: Set realistic project goals, develop comprehensive strategies, and manage project timelines to ensure on-time delivery. - Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with estimating, engineering, procurement, production, and accounting teams to align project activities and resolve issues. - Customer Communication and Management: Develop and implement effective communication strategies, provide regular updates to both internal teams and external clients. Champion project change control, including customer change orders and requests for information. - Team Leadership and Mentorship: Provide coaching and guidance to team members, ensuring clear understanding of tasks and efficient execution. - Resource Management: Identify and allocate necessary internal and external resources to ensure project success. - Financial Monitoring and Reporting: Track project progress, monitor invoicing milestones, and report to the accounting team. - Process Improvement: Develop and implement tools and techniques for task distribution, performance evaluation, and overall project efficiency. - Quality and Safety Compliance: Ensure all projects comply with design specifications, operational standards, and safety regulations (ISO 9001:2015). What You’ll Bring to the Team: - Electrical code knowledge: Competent in electrical schematic and electrical code knowledge for collaboration with the in-house engineering department, manufacturing technicians, and authority having jurisdictions for permit processing.
