Salesforce Solution Architect

Salesforce Solution Architect Who are we? Sweep is the agentic layer for enterprise systems where teams and metadata agents plan, change, and govern systems with speed and confidence. What will you do at Sweep? As a Salesforce Solution Architect at Sweep, you will serve as a trusted technical advisor to customers, owning solution design from discovery through delivery. You will lead technical scoping, architecture decisions, and hands-on implementation while managing multiple concurrent customer engagements. This role requires deep Salesforce expertise, strong customer communication skills, and the ability to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions. As a Salesforce Architect you will: - Lead customer discovery sessions to understand business requirements, technical constraints, and success criteria - Own technical scoping, solution architecture, and implementation plans for Salesforce-based solutions - Design and implement Salesforce solutions including data models, automation, security models, and custom functionality - Provide hands-on configuration and development using Sweep and Salesforce tools (Flows, Apex, Lightning components, etc.) - Serve as the primary technical and consultative point of contact for customers throughout the engagement - Manage multiple customer projects simultaneously, balancing timelines, scope, and technical complexity - Collaborate with internal Product and Engineering teams to align customer needs with product capabilities What We're Looking For - 5+ years of solution design and delivery experience, including hands-on Salesforce work - Proven experience working directly with customers in a technical, customer-facing role - Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data modeling, security, and automation - Hands on experience with Salesforce configuration and development - Ability to scope projects, estimate effort, and manage multiple parallel engagements - Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders About Sweep: As a fast-growing, venture-backed startup, we are proud to be supported by top investors like Insight Partners and Bessemer Venture Partners.
