The Opportunity
Dash0 is looking for a Senior Growth Marketing Manager to turn our deep observability expertise into a global demand engine. You're not just a writer — you're a technical storyteller and campaign architect who can take complex topics like OpenTelemetry and deconstruct them into strategic campaign blocks that resonate with SREs, CTOs, and Platform Engineers.
As one of our first marketing hires, you'll be all hands on deck — building the campaign and content function from the ground up, scaling our YouTube presence, and shaping the narrative of a category-defining startup.
What You'll Do
- Deconstruct complex technical content (OpenTelemetry, monitoring patterns) into high-impact campaign blocks — emails, social sequences, and landing pages tailored for technical personas.
- Lead the integration of AI tools (LLMs, research assistants) into our content lifecycle to drive efficiency while maintaining technical accuracy.
- Own the strategy for international growth, ensuring campaigns are technically and culturally adapted for global markets.
- Design data-driven, personalized campaign tracks for high-value accounts (ABM).
- Support the creation of a video and YouTube strategy — tutorials and thought leadership that drive top-of-funnel awareness.
- Collaborate with our DevRel team to identify trending technical topics and execute high-value webinars end-to-end.
- Work with design teams to ensure a premium visual identity across all campaigns and support PR and brand-building initiatives.
What You Bring
- 4+ years of experience in B2B SaaS content and campaigns.
- High technical intuition — you can read a complex technical guide and immediately identify the hook for different audiences, from engineers to CTOs.
- A builder mentality — you've built content functions or marketing engines from scratch before and prefer creating the playbook to following one.
- Proven track record of scaling organic traffic and lead generation through technical content strategies.
- Data-informed approach — you track how content impacts the revenue lifecycle and iterate based on what the data shows.
- Exceptional native-level English writing skills.
Nice to Have
- Experience marketing to developer and infrastructure audiences (DevOps, SRE, platform engineering).
- Familiarity with the OpenTelemetry or cloud-native ecosystem.
- Experience with ABM tools and strategies (HubSpot, 6sense, or similar).
- Experience in a high-growth, venture-backed startup environment.
