MEET THE TEAM: The Business Strategy Analytics team's mission is to transform data into strategic insights that empower our leaders to make informed decisions, effectively track progress, and unlock growth opportunities. Through deep metric understanding, holistic business views, and detailed analytics, we enable concrete actions that drive business success. WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING - Support the CEO Office on major transformation initiatives with analytical insights that shape our value proposition, business model, customer experience, monetization, and operational excellence programs. - Evaluate and prioritize new market segments, product opportunities, and strategic bets through rigorous market, product, and customer analysis. - Identify improvement areas and uncover new growth opportunities through focused, data-driven deep dives into customer behavior, operations, and competitive dynamics. - Lead cross-functional performance analyses to surface trends, explain key business drivers, and deliver clear, actionable insights to executives. - Develop a wide range of analytical models including forecasting models to project business performance, scenario models to evaluate strategic options, and financial models to size opportunities and quantify impact WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED - 5+ years of experience in business analytics, product analytics, consulting, or a related analytical role. - Excellent communication and storytelling skills, capable of influencing Leadership-level stakeholders. - Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI). - A proactive, curious mindset with a drive to investigate discrepancies and identify opportunities. - Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to synthesize complex data into clear narratives. - Exceptional attention to detail and a rigorous, structured approach to analysis. - Proven Excel/Google Sheets modeling skills (e.g., driver-based modeling, sensitivity analysis, financial impact estimation). - Experience leading cross-functional analytics projects and engaging diverse stakeholders.
