Account Executive Account Executive Procurify is the AI-enhanced procurement and AP automation platform for the mid-market. We make it easy for organizations to understand, control, and reduce spend. We’re looking for a talented and team-driven Account Executive to join us on our journey. Location: USA (100% Remote) Canada (100% Remote) ABOUT THE ROLE: Procurify is looking for a gritty, resourceful, and motivated person who thrives in a coaching environment and is relentless about owning and driving their business over the finish line. As a Account Executive, you'll be guiding the office of the CFO and other executive decision makers at mission driven companies on their spend management and procurement journeys. You'll leverage our comprehensive Procure-to-Pay platform to help your customers create visibility and control to reduce their spend while optimizing procurement, contract management, and accounts payable processes to achieve breakthrough financial results. We empower you to build strong customer relationships and develop strategic territory or vertical plans. You'll orchestrate every step of the sales cycle, from opportunity identification to closing deals, and will be rewarded for exceeding targets with a top-tier compensation package. Who we’re looking for: - Minimum of 1-3 years of B2B SaaS closing sales experience - bonus points for previous experience in a tech start-up selling into finance and exposure to accounting - Preferably experience in procurement and accounts payable software - Able to close mid-market deals with minimal executive sponsorship - A competitive attitude with an aptitude and experience developing your own business opportunities and seeing them through to the final sale - Strong track record of success crushing sales quotas and comfortable closing deals ranging from $30K-$150K+ - Ability to strategically generate pipeline into targeted accounts through both inbound and outbound prospecting efforts that includes cold calling - Great energy that people gravitate toward and can sell the vision of digital transformation in the procure-to-pay process to create a customer-centric experience for our clients’ end-customers. This is both an emotional sale for an innovative solution with your Technical Users and Buyers and a rational one that delivers excellent ROI for your Economic Buyers - A challenger - able to lead with commercial insight, teaching your customers, tailoring your conversations, and taking control of the sales process while remaining consistent in your deal management approach delivering scalable / repeatable results - A natural learner - curious, confident and enthusiastic. You love to ask questions and deeply understand your customer’s problems - Well-organized and can manage many moving pieces at once, coordinating internal teams to bring the best that Procurify can offer your clients - Process-oriented- an expert at maintaining excellent pipeline hygiene and accurate forecasting - A bias toward action, loves to dive in and get stuff done, over-delivering on expectations and creating plans to close gaps in the forecast as they arise - For customer-facing roles, maintains an up-to-date LinkedIn profile and ensures it is refreshed upon joining, to reflect their role at Procurify and help maintain a consistent, professional presence across our GTM team.
