About the Role The Kuala Lumpur office serves as the beating heart of innovation for MoneyLion , where creativity and speed converge to challenge the status quo of finance. We're on the lookout for enthusiastic junior to mid-level engineers ready to embark on a transformative journey in fintech. As part of our dynamic engineering team, you'll contribute to the development and refinement of microservices and RESTful APIs. These are the core components that enable our consumer financial products to excel across various platforms. Key Responsibilities: Developing innovative features in the Fintech industry. Participating in architecting and implementing event-driven architecture. Working with industry standards of CI/CD best practices at enterprise level. About You: Experienced in Java, or any other OOP languages such as C#.NET, Javascript , or PHP. Experienced in any relational databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MSSQL. Experienced non-relational databases such as MongoDB, DocumentDB , or CosmosDB . Experienced in web APIs of reasonable complexity. Familiar with containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes. You have a Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience. At least 2 years of experience building and developing software would be preferred. This is considered a mid-level role. Technology stack we use: Java, Spring Boot, Nodejs, ES6, MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Kafka, Docker, Kubernetes, AWS.
