Salesforce’s Product UX organization is hiring a Product Designer to join the Marketing Cloud team. We craft Salesforce’s enterprise and consumer products, establish new design patterns and guidelines, and partner with cross-disciplinary teams to create human-centered experiences. As a Product Designer , you will build upon the world’s #1 Marketing Platform , leading design initiatives to support marketers within SMB, mid size and large scale enterprises. The experiences you craft will be centralized around marketing campaigns, with AI enhancing every step.
You will build our product and feature vision and enhance our existing features by leveraging your skills in visualization, influence, and empathy. You'll immerse yourself in the end-to-end experience, creating design artifacts to communicate ideas and direction. This role requires extensive collaboration across a wide number of product and technology partners as a key stakeholder in our release roadmap.
What You'll Do
As a member of our curious, highly collaborative, and motivated User Experience team, you will be involved at all levels of the product development process: from gathering customer insights, future-visioning, and prototyping through implementation and testing. You'll have the opportunity to make an impact by creating exceptional design solutions and establishing new design patterns and paradigms.

Experience/Skills Required
4 years of experience designing and delivering software products from start to finish as part of a cross-functional team.
Ability to deliver solutions on time independently and with on-site and distributed teams
Deep understanding of user-centered design methods and best practices, and experience using analytics and research to drive decisions and develop product iterations.
Ability to explore ideas, persuade, and build consensus on fast-moving projects with varying degrees of ambiguity and deadlines.
Capability to deliver original, high-quality design work that is conceptually strong, meets business needs, and is at the right level of fidelity for each phase of a project.
Strong communication and active listening skills, with an ability to build and develop close, trusting relationships with a wide variety of stakeholders across product and engineering.
