Your Impact As a Platform & Security Specialist , you’ll be a key player in bringing the power of the Salesforce Platform to life. You’ll work closely with Account Executives and cross-functional teams to uncover opportunities, craft solutions, and guide our customers on how to build, automate, and secure on Salesforce. You’ll lead conversations around application modernization , AI-powered development , and enterprise security , helping CIOs, CISOs, and digital leaders reimagine what’s possible. Your Responsibilities Lead with value: Help customers connect the dots between their goals and Salesforce’s platform capabilities—especially in app dev, AI, automation, and security. Be the expert: Become the go-to advisor on the Salesforce Platform, its architecture, and how it helps organizations scale securely and innovate faster. Sell the vision: Collaborate with Account Executives to co-create territory and account plans, then lead strategic engagements that land long-term platform wins. Champion trust: Guide customers through Salesforce’s enterprise-grade security features—zero trust, data residency, encryption, identity, compliance—and how they support local regulatory needs like DPDP and RBI regulations Co-sell and scale: Partner with Salesforce Solution Engineers, Architects, and the broader partner ecosystem to design and deliver trusted solutions that meet business and compliance goals. Drive the numbers: Own and exceed your Platform Cloud sales quota by managing the full deal cycle, from discovery to negotiation and close.
