Semiconductor Manufacturing Engineer

Job Details: Job Description: Evaluates and provides key input on electronic or electromechanical system design, and installs, qualifies, sustains and improves same systems in manufacturing environment. Works across factory modules to integrate the entire manufacturing process with a manufacturing system that is reliable, economically competitive, and environmentally responsible and meets factory requirements. Acts as a connector for manufacturing with virtual factory groups, such as automation, control, supply chain, and industrial engineering to deploy necessary capabilities to factories while maintaining systems and configurations across the organization. Integrates, tests, installs, configures, and/or supports hardware and software systems, coordinates factory requirements, maps them to automation systems capabilities, and recommends technical solutions. Uses data analytics to identify and fix issues with equipment. Develops metrics and monitors for these particular systems. Drives project management for specific projects including activities such as defining user requirement, planning, budgeting, forecasting, design, procurement, schedule development, installation, adoption, and post-implementation review. Conducts comprehensive gap analysis for technologies that are disruptive to high volume manufacturing systems, designing systems to enable these technologies, and leading groups or teams to implement systems solutions, and transferring these solutions to HVM partners. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree with technical major in Industrial Engineering / Management / Automation / Data science/analysis is preferred. 2-3 years working experience in semiconductor manufacturing environment is a plus. Fresh graduates from relevant fields as stated above are welcomed to apply. Candidate with relevant working experience is advantageous. Knowledge of schematic/electronic circuitry interpretation. Be strong in both verbal and written communication skills in English & stakeholder's management skills. Good in influencing and being passionate in working with people and resolving issues through constructive confrontation. Knowledgeable in structural problem-solving methods, data driven mindset. Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.
