As a key contributor, you will provide essential support to various country sales team, helping drive efficiency and excellence. Your efforts will impact the success of Intel's operations and contribute to a culture of collaboration and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
The job will be mainly focusing on analyzing sales revenue and pipeline data, including implement automation to existing and new sales reporting and perform data analysis when needed.
Manages the sales operation process, performs forecasting, budgeting, planning, and analysis activities for sales operations.
Acts as the communication conduit between the Customer, Sales, Business Unit, and the Factory to optimize revenue and achieve mutual objectives. Manages the customer's supply chain requirements, product demand and the company's supply strategies.
Forecasts revenue dollar commitments to the corporation. Develops, implements and manages the underlying business processes running the sales operations functions.
Determines CRM, other sales enablement, and sales operations system requirements to support the business processes, working with IT.
Manages sales data operations and view of performance to critical business indicators.
Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance team efficiency.
Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications
Degree in any studies are encouraged to apply.
Speaks fluent English.
Excellent in Microsoft Excel - vlookup, formula, etc.
Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps).
Energetic and creative.
Detail orientated.
Ability to work in a fast-paced team-oriented environment.
Possesses analytical thinking and creative problem-solving skills.
Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies to fulfil tasks and develop new solutions.
Understands fundamental concepts of programming is a plus.
Experience in Salesforce is an added advantage.
