Job Details: Job Description: The Role and Impact As a Module Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in advancing the manufacturing processes that drive Intel's cutting-edge technology. You will be responsible for owning and optimizing high-volume manufacturing equipment and processes essential to device miniaturization and the mass production of integrated circuits. Key Responsibilities - Own and manage critical manufacturing equipment and processes, ensuring high performance and reliability. - Recommend and implement modifications to equipment and processes to enhance production efficiency and quality. - Drive continuous improvement programs aimed at safety, quality, cost, productivity, defects, and yield. - Facilitate the transfer of process technologies to other manufacturing sites, ensuring consistency and scalability. - Develop and optimize excursion prevention systems for equipment and processes. - Detect and address discrepant material or activities to minimize production disruptions. - Manage equipment installation, conversion, and qualification during factory ramps, ensuring timely and safe completion of projects. - Collaborate with equipment suppliers to address issues and develop innovative solutions that meet evolving production demands. - Support process development initiatives aligned with high-volume manufacturing and Intel Foundry Services. Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field. - 3-5+ years of experience with a Bachelor's degree or 2 years of experience with a Master's degree. - Proficiency in manufacturing process improvement and optimization techniques, including Statistical Process Control and Design of Experiments (DOE). - Experience with tool installation, qualification, and process development (NPI) for semiconductor equipment. - Strong expertise in equipment adjustment, monitoring, and troubleshooting. - Knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes and related equipment.
