You will be part of the Corporate Memory Organization Memory Compiler Team and will work on significant engineering and implementation tasks in a fast-paced and technically challenging environment.
Create custom physical layouts for memory circuits using advanced CMOS technology
Master Virtuoso XL to design and validate sophisticated layouts that push technological boundaries
Execute comprehensive DRC-LVS verification to ensure design rule compliance
Develop optimized layout floorplans that maximize circuit performance and area efficiency
Maintain exceptional standards for layout quality and design integrity

Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications
You must possess a Bachelor's degree in Electronic/Microelectronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
Basic programming skills (UNIX shell scripting, Tcl, Perl).
Familiar with DRC, LVS, and RV verification and debugging.
