This role is responsible for understanding customer technology, product, and business strategies, building strong partnerships, and driving Intel product adoption through design wins in close collaboration with Sales Applications Engineers. It also leads account planning and execution with internal and external partners to identify and capture growth opportunities.
The position actively develops and accelerates new revenue streams, converting design wins into billed revenue (sales in and/or sales through), while expanding Intel’s global product portfolio for customer adoption across regional markets. It strengthens collaboration with distributors, OEMs, and ecosystem partners to maximize account penetration and revenue impact.
By gathering and analyzing customer feedback, the role ensures satisfaction, mitigates risks, and implements recovery actions to enhance customer experience and loyalty.
This is a commissioned sales position, directly tied to revenue generation, customer success, and long-term business growth.
Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business or engineering
0-3 years of experience in field sales engineering, sales, or customer facing roles
Basic understanding of the IT market, products, and competitive landscape
Strong customer engagement and relationship building skills
Ability to support sales activities including customer meetings, presentations, and demos
Capability to translate customer business needs into technical value propositions
Proven communication and presentation skills with customers and internal teams
Ability to work cross functionally with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams
Japanese Native
Business level English
Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed
