The Content Experience team is looking for a Sr. Content Strategist/ Technical Writer to join our team and own the content journey for our new and existing product lines. This isn't just about text on a page; it’s about creating a multimedia experience using videos, learning journeys, infographics, and more to empower our users to secure their most critical workloads. You aren't just a "writer" here; you are a product expert. You’ll have the autonomy to choose the best format for the message and the support of a team that values technical depth and creative flair. As a key member of the Content Experience team, you will: - Be the Voice of the Product: Translate weekly cloud releases into high-impact content, from deep-dive technical guides to engaging "What’s New" features that highlight the business value of our innovations. - Create Beyond the Page: Design videos, infographics, and interactive learning journeys that cater to a highly technical audience. Embed intuitive, in-app guidance that meets customers exactly where they are—providing the right answers at precisely the right moment. - Bridge the Gap: Collaborate directly with SMEs, Engineering, and Professional Services to capture "field-tested" best practices and solve real-world customer problems.
