Staff Product Designer

Staff Product Designer AS A STAFF PRODUCT DESIGNER, YOU'LL - Drive product design from concept to delivery, including sketches, user flows, prototypes, and final implementation - Contribute to and build out Gumloop UI, our core design system - Collaborate with brand & marketing to deliver landing pages and assets - Lead design critiques on feature/design synchronization and consistency across Gumloop TO BE SUCCESSFUL AT THIS ROLE, YOU HAVE - 5+ years of professional experience as a designer for SaaS - Eye for good design, attention to detail, and a genuine love for design - Knowledge of automation and tools, and agentic AI experiences - Ability to prototype leveraging AI tools like Cursor, Figma Make, v0 BONUS - Experience with motion design / illustration WHAT WE OFFER - Competitive Bay Area salary + meaningful equity - Full health, dental, and vision - 401(k) with match - Paid relocation - A foundational role shaping the quality bar of an AI-native product
