ABOUT THE ROLE We’re looking for an AI engineer who can own end‑to‑end agent and product workflows, from prototype to production, in close partnership with our customers and internal experts. If you get energy from thinking about how to craft novel products around long running agents, visual reasoning and context engineering.. You'll enjoy this role. You can expect to; - Design, build, and deploy production-grade AI agents using Python & LangGraph, as well as other modern AI frameworks, focused on delivering customer outcomes. - Work directly with domain experts and customers to translate complex real estate workflows into production-grade software that delivers real outcomes. - Own and ship full-stack features end-to-end. You'll own meaningful problems end-to-end, decide how the work gets done, and be accountable for the outcomes. - Solve hard, unsolved problems at the intersection of AI and the physical world. There's no playbook for what we're building. - Build software that scales. You'll champion reliability, write tests that matter, and take pride in shipping code that holds up in production.
