About the role Lyric is hiring a Senior Delivery Lead for Product Training based in Chicago, US. This is not a traditional training role; it’s for someone who believes supply chain is the most compelling applied AI problem in the enterprise. And for us, AI means two things: - Algorithmic Intelligence: optimization, simulation, probabilistic forecasting, inventory mathematics, constrained planning - Agentic Intelligence: AI copilots, decision agents, workflow automation, systems that reason and act If you are someone who is energized by both the math and the machine reasoning layered on top, this role could be a great fit for you. What you’ll do Deliver & Build You will build. Not just present. - Lead immersive workshops across North America - Facilitate technical modeling sessions - Build lightweight starter models that demonstrate real decision impact - Support onboarding and pre-sales enablement Translate Complexity into Clarity You’ll take concepts like clustering, optimization, demand sensing, and AI agents, and make them intuitive and actionable. You’ll help customers understand not just what the system does, but how to think with it. Scale Learning - Develop repeatable training modules and playbooks - Build structured product curricula - Integrate new AI capabilities into enablement - Continuously refine content based on field feedback We’re building a learning engine, not decks. Who you are You likely have 8+ years of strong experience in demand, supply, inventory, or network planning. More importantly: - You build: models, tools, frameworks, systems - You’re excited about both optimization-based AI and agent-driven AI - You’re comfortable leading executives and going deep technically - You balance deep work with a fierce desire to communicate clearly Bonus: - Experience with optimization or AI-driven planning tools - Experience training enterprise customers on complex platforms Even if you don’t meet 100% of the qualifications, we recommend applying to the role!
