This isn’ta “post and report” social role. This is about turning Midi into the most trusted, talked-about, and shared voice in midlife health by creating platform-native content that reaches millions, earns engagement, drives brand relevance, and supports real business outcomes. We’re looking for a Director of Social to define the vision, build the system, and lead the creative and strategic execution across every platform. About the Role: We're looking for a strategic and creative leader to serve as our Director of Social Media. In this role, you'll define and execute our social media vision, building a dynamic content ecosystem that drives brand awareness and increases reach, deepens community connection while leading cultural conversations, and, of course, supports business growth. You'll lead our social presence across all platforms, establishing creative standards while staying ahead of cultural moments and platform evolution. What you'll do: Refine our strategy and vision: Develop and lead our social media strategy across all platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, Threads, YouTube), defining our content approach, community guidelines, and success metrics while staying ahead of trends and platform updates. You’ll be responsible for defining our long-term content strategy, establishing creative standards and editorial direction, and ensuring all social content aligns with brand priorities while maintaining platform-native execution. Operationalize our processes: Establish social-first production strategy and resourcing; create content guidelines that maintain consistency while allowing platform-specific adaptation; lead creative collaboration with external partners, agencies, and creators, when necessary. Level up our content execution: Own and manage the integrated social calendar, overseeing content creation across all platforms while building scalable workflows for rapid deployment in collaboration with our senior social media manager. Own the numbers: Utilize analytics to track KPIs and optimize content performance; lead test-and-learn experiments across platforms and formats; develop measurement frameworks that demonstrate social's impact on brand health and business objectives/ Collaborate cross-functionally: Partner with creative, lifecycle, community, growth, editorial, and influencer teams to align messaging and campaigns across all customer touchpoints.
