Frontend Web Developer As a Web Developer, you will lead the web development process and build products from inception to deployment. We also work closely with cross-functional teams like design, product management, and internal platforms to deliver high-impact features within multidisciplinary product teams. As a member of our Genesis team you will help build a top class end to end tokenization and fund admin experience for Omen Genesis. What you’ll do - Create high-quality, performant products that leverage technologies like React, TypeScript, and CSS-in-JS - Own and drive features from inception and design to implementation and launch, being the web expert on your team - Build and improve tools to support Robinhood's operations and platforms, providing leverage across the company - Collaborate with design and product experts to rapidly iterate and ship financial products - Build frameworks and abstractions to materially accelerate and empower other developers - Backend Development with Typescript + AWS if bandwidth is required. WHAT YOU BRING - 2+ years of full-time professional experience with modern Web standards, technologies, and frameworks - Skilled at writing and efficiently debugging JavaScript in Node and browser environments - Obsessed with building a best-in-class developer experience - Have a track record of successfully leading projects and delivering large scope technical projects at scale - Constantly setting a high standard for code quality, advocating for best practices in testing, and improving code review processes - HIGHLY PREFERRED: Strong Backend experience and knowledge, experience with strong system design, high performant backend systems, strong familiarity with interaction with Cloud, (role can convert to Fullstack).
