We've built something people care about. Now we need to make it great. Quick summary: We're looking for a data analyst who can transform raw data into insights that drive decisions. You'll build dashboards that track how AI employees perform, run experiments to test new features, and identify patterns that help us grow. The challenge: making complex data simple enough for everyone to understand and act on. You'll work with SQL, dbt, and visualization tools to ensure we're building the right things for 60,000+ businesses. ‍ ‍ Who we're looking for - 4+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role. - Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation, dbt. - Strong experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Lightdash, Tableau, Power BI, Looker). - Solid understanding of statistical analysis and experimental design. - Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, R) for data analysis and automation. - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills with business-driven mindset. - Ability to translate complex data insights into business recommendations. - Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field. - Bonus: Master's degree, cloud platform experience (Google Cloud Platform, AWS), knowledge of machine learning concepts. ‍ What you'll do - Collect, clean, and process large datasets from various sources to ensure data accuracy. - Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies. - Develop and maintain ETL pipelines, dashboards and reports to present key performance indicators. - Design and execute A/B tests to evaluate effectiveness of new features and campaigns. - Collaborate with product, engineering and marketing to understand data needs and provide analytical support. - Translate complex data findings into clear, actionable recommendations for stakeholders. - Identify opportunities for process improvement across our data infrastructure. ‍‍ Our tech stack - Database: PostgreSQL - Transformation: dbt for data modeling and pipelines - Analysis: SQL, Python - Visualization: Lightdash, Mixpanel - Experimentation: GrowthBook for A/B testing Salary range: €3,000-6,000/month gross, depending on experience.
