This includes knowledge management, context retrieval (RAG), memory systems, and team collaboration. If Brain AI works well, every helper becomes smarter. If it doesn't, nothing else matters. We need someone to fully own this. Quick summary: We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to own Brain AI — Sintra's knowledge and context layer. You'll lead a team of engineers and designers, ship weekly, and be accountable for metrics that matter. What you'll do - Own Brain AI end-to-end - roadmap, team, execution, outcomes. - Lead a team of engineers and designers. - Ship weekly, kill what doesn't work, move fast. - Get involved with the product hands-on (e.g., write prompts, hack wireframes, test pipelines). - Scope ruthlessly and validate with users and metrics. - Work closely with other product teams - your deliverables should empower other product experiences in Sintra. - Collaborate with OpenAI and Anthropic applied engineering teams. Who we're looking for - Experience in product or technical leadership. - Hands-on product development experience (e.g., product design, product engineering, product building). - Technical understanding and ability to collaborate closely with engineering teams (coding experience is not a must, but it would be a plus). - Data fluency - you find insights and prioritize based on evidence. Salary range: €6,000–9,000/month gross, depending on experience.
