Founding GTM Growth Lead, VC/PE About Odin Odin is building the investment infrastructure for the future of private markets. We believe capital is one of the most powerful tools for shaping the world - and more people should be putting it to work. Our mission is to make it radically easier to raise and deploy capital, so that anyone, anywhere, can back the companies and ideas they believe in. Our first product is a full-stack platform for launching and running private investment firms - think Shopify for VC and PE. We handle all the infrastructure: from legals and investor onboarding to KYC/AML, payments, tax, reporting, and exits. We’re already trusted by over 10,000 angels, VCs, and founders. We administer over $500m in assets, covering investments from pre-seed to series E. This includes household names like ElevenLabs, OpenAI, SpaceX, xAI, Anduril, etc. but also new companies creating everything from synthetic brains to small nuclear reactors. Responsibilities We’re hiring a Founding Growth & GTM Lead to design and scale Odin’s commercial engine. This is a commercially accountable role responsible for turning strong foundations into a predictable, measurable growth system. Reporting to Paddy (Founder & Co-CEO), you will: - Own the "growth loop" that maximises conversion of prospects & existing customers into new revenue.: Use modern GTM tooling, marketing automation and whatever else it takes to generate high-quality MQLs for the sales team . - Own PLG & Growth Hacking: ideate, test and improve product-led growth loops that compound over time. Work with external agency partners and other team members on viral marketing campaigns, AI SEO, or whatever else helps us to capture and convert ICP prospects into MQLs - Bottleneck hunt: diagnose where revenue is getting stuck and unblock it - Build Repeatable Sales Systems: Measure & maximise conversion to revenue, and reduce cycle time. Create a structured sales engine and all the systems & assets the commercial team need to operate it, whether it’s CRM workflows, playbooks, sales collateral, pricing documentation or case studies. - Own our sales data: Own & drive CRM integrity, forecasting accuracy and clear performance visibility across the entire growth loop. You're building the engine that revenue runs on, at the intersection of growth marketing & sales operations. The quality of this engine will determine how fast we scale. Who We’re Looking For This is a role for a high-agency operator with strong commercial instinct, product-mindedness and systems thinking. You take ownership and thrive in uncertainty. Comfort running complex sales and marketing systems is essential. The ability to understand problems and improve them quickly & deliberately is equally important. You're intensely curious, methodical and scientific in your approach to growth. Background matters less than capability. The right profile may be: - Revenue or Growth Operator: Experience building PLG motions, activation loops or pipeline systems in high-velocity environments. - Early GTM Builder: Helped move a company from founder-led sales to structured, repeatable growth. - Commercial Founder: Built and sold, with experience creating demand and designing the motion & systems around it. - Senior Growth Marketer: A strong performer who thinks outside the box Across profiles, strong candidates should demonstrate: - Clear commercial judgement - Structured thinking in complex, ambiguous environments - Excellent problem solving - Speed & bias for action - you get things done - Fluency with modern GTM tooling and AI. Ability to "think lazy but work hard", maximising your leverage - A genuine appetite for ownership at a company entering a defining stage This is a founding role. Scope will evolve as we grow.
