Job Summary: The Staff Product Operations role is the connective tissue between Engineering, Operations, Sales, and Leadership and beyond. You will be the person who sits in an Ops team standup in the morning, translates what you heard into a product brief by noon, and tells the story back to the whole organization in a way that makes everyone feel like they are part of the same mission. You find the gap, close it, and move on to the next one. This is not a program-management role and it is not a seat-warmer. It is a high-hustle, high-judgment role for someone who gets energy from being the glue that holds a complex organization together. You thrive in ambiguity, you translate fluently between technical and non-technical worlds, and you measure your own success by whether the teams around you are moving faster and feeling more connected than they were before you showed up.
