About Role: We're looking for a Head of Talent, based in San Francisco to lead our high-performing recruiting team. You’ll own the strategy and systems that attract and close the brightest minds in the industry. You’ll be a trusted partner to the VP of People & Talent and a strategic advisor to our Senior Leadership team on headcount planning, talent strategy, and offer negotiations.
