Infrastructure (Rust, Devops) YOU WILL: - Design, implement, and maintain infrastructure tools and services in Rust - Own CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and deployment automation - Collaborate with engineering and security teams to ensure scalable and resilient systems - Optimize infrastructure for performance, cost, and security - Help shape internal developer experience and workflows REQUIREMENTS: - At least 3+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or infrastructure engineering - Strong proficiency in Rust - Experience managing cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or similar) - Proficiency with containerization, orchestration, and observability tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, Prometheus, etc.) - Obsessive about reliability, automation, and elegant internal tooling - Very fluent in English WHAT YOU’LL GET: - Generous ownership & stake in the company.
